Its gorgeous rich color is packed full of amazing health benefits, which makes this delicious drink just way too good to be true. Golden milk gets its rich yellow hue from the Tumeric (haldi), which has been documented as far back as 4000 years ago, originating in India! It was known to be used in Ayuverdic and Chinese medicine to treat breathing issues, pain, fatigue, rheumatism, menstrual pain, and aid in liver function. Now it is widely used for its anti-inflammatory effects, its aid in stomach digestion, and detoxification. It also gets its popularity from the culinary world being one of the main ingredients in curry, giving specialty dishes that gorgeous yellow glow and spicy heat.

1 scoop Beauty Sleep

½ cup of Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Nut Pod’s Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer

½ tsp Cinnamon 

Pinch of fresh ground pepper


Heat coconut milk on stove top on medium heat until warm. Stir in Beauty Sleep and creamer until fully blended. Garish with cinnamon and pepper. Serve hot or cold based on personal preference. Can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks at a time.
